Privacy in this room

Who runs it

This room is run by Catalyst Management LLC, a Florida company trading as Pawse.ai. It holds documents for investors we are talking to. This page explains what the room records about you, and why.

What we record

• Your name, firm and email address, which we entered when we made your link. Your name and email address are written on every page you see.
• Which pages you open, and for how long each stays on your screen.
• How much of each film you watch, and how far into it you get.
• The questions you send us, and the PDFs you save.
• When you visit, your IP address, and the kind of browser and device you use.
• When we email you a code to open your room, and when it was typed. The code itself is never stored.
• The name, firm, title and email you type when you accept the confidentiality agreement, and the time you accepted it.
• A short record of our own emails, calls and meetings with you, and when we plan to follow up, so that we do not lose track of our conversation. It never appears in your room.

Why

To follow up on our conversation with you, and to protect confidential documents. We rely on our legitimate interest in both. We do not use this for advertising, and we do not sell it. We share it with no one outside Pawse.ai except the two services that run this room: Hostinger, which hosts it, and Resend, a company in the United States that delivers its emails, such as the code that opens your room, your signed copy of the agreement and our own notifications. If you choose to book a call, Cal.com, a scheduling service in the United States, receives your name and email to arrange it. We record that you opened the booking page. We get a notification when you visit, ask a question, accept the agreement or save a PDF, so we can reply quickly. The notification on our phones goes through a push service and names only your firm, never you.

What we do not do

The room runs no third-party scripts, analytics services or advertising tools. It sets one cookie, once you have typed the code we email you. That cookie keeps this browser confirmed for 30 days, or until you sign out, and is never used for anything else.

How long we keep it

We delete the record of your visits when our funding round closes, and in any case after 12 months. Your questions and our answers stay in your room until we close it, and our record of our correspondence with you is deleted with it. A confidentiality agreement record is kept for as long as the agreement applies, and for the period after it in which a claim could be brought.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can object to our recording your reading. Write to hello@pawse.ai. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
